Departmental Examinations Govt. of UP. within 3 years of joining. Or Candidate must hold a Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Control and Instrumentation/ Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized Institute or National Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical Electronics/Control and Instrumentation/ Instrumentation Engineering a awarded by the 'All India Council for Technical Education.
