• Junior Engineer/ Civil : 03 years Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks
• Deputy Manager/ SHE : Graduate Degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks and one year,full time Diploma in Industrial Safety OR BE in Fire and Safety Engineering OR M.E./ M. Tech in Industrial Safety/ M.E/ M Tech. in Environmental Engineering
• Junior Engineer/ SHE : 03 years Diploma in Engineering/ B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) and and one year full time Diploma in Industrial Safety
• Additional General Manager/ Joint General Manager (Electrical) : Full Time Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Joint General Manager/Mechanical : Full time BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks
• All Other Posts : Full time BE/ B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks

Application Fee : For Executive posts i.e. AGM, JGM, DGM, MANAGER, DM, AM & AE, Application Fee charges are Rs.1000 for Unreserved/OBC Candidates & Rs.250 for SC/ST/Ex Serviceman. For Non-Executive posts i.e. JE, Application Fee charges are Rs.500 for Unreserved/OBC Candidates & Rs.250 for SC/ST/Ex Serviceman. No fee charges for PWD candidates. Fee should be remit through Bank Demand Draft only with a validity period of 03 months drawn in favour of Ircon International Limited payable at New Delhi and submit along with the application.
