- Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical) : Bachelor’s Degree with atleast 60% Marks in Electrical/Civil Engineering from a reputed Institute
- Internal Audit Officer/Assistant Registrar : Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks, or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC seven point scale
- Deputy Registrar : Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC seven point scale
- Assistant Security Officer cum Transport Manager : Master's Degree with at least 50% of the marks in any discipline
- Office Assistant (Multi Skill)/ Jr. Superintendent : Master's Degree with at least 50% of the marks in any discipline
- Lab. Technician/ Technical Assistant : B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc./MCA with at least 55% marks in the appropriate field OR Bachelor's Degree in Science with at least 50% marks.
- Hindi Steno cum Typist cum Translator : Post Graduate in Hindi/English as main subject with Diploma in translation from Hindi to English/English to Hindi (Vice Versa)
- Junior Assistant (Multi Skill) : Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with knowledge of computer applications with computer key depression speed equivalent to 40 w.p.m.
- Rs. 500/- (Only for General and OBC candidates.
- No Fee for SC/ST/PwD/women candidates.
- Eligible candidates have to submit online application through website http://www.iiserbhopal.ac.in/vacancies/non-teaching-staff before 31 January 2014, 1700 Hrs (1ST)
- Send the printed proforma of the online application in an envelope super-scribing the name and the post applied for, along with the receipt as proof of direct remittance of fee at any State Bank of India branch or through online payment using SBI internet banking or through Credit/Debit Card (Master or Visa approved) payment through any bank and the attested copies of all the documents, so as to reach through Registered/Speed Post to below mentioned on or before 10 February 2014,1700 Hrs (1ST).
