Pay-Structure : Rs. 24900 - 3% - 50500 with basic pay of Rs. 24900/-

Age Limit : Candidates Age should not more than 27 Years as on 31.01.2017.Refer Official Notification for More Details.
 
Education Qualification : Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree (Full time) in Engineering or Technology in relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks.Refer Official Notification for More Details.

Selection Process : Selection will be based on Performance in GATE-2017 marks, candidates will be called for Online Aptitude Test. Candidates who will qualify in Aptitude Test will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Application Fee : Application fee charges are Rs.150 for General/OBC category. Candidate are required to deposit fee with pay-in-slip at the nearby SBI branch in a specially opened account (A/C No. 30987919993) at CAG branch, New Delhi (Code: 09996), on behalf of NTPC. The pay-in-slip can be downloaded online during application registration.No fee charges for SC/ ST/ PWD category

How to Apply : All Eligible Candidate should have GATE-2017 Registration number to apply for Executive Trainees (ET) post. Candidate can login www.gate.iitr.ernet.in for detailed information on GATE 2017. After getting GATE 2017 registration number, candidate can apply online for NTPC ET-2017 through website www.ntpccareers.net between 10.01.2017 to 31.01.2017.
