Education Qualification :

• Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) : Candidate must hold a Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) recognized institution OR Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subject with 45% marks and B.Ed Degree from NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) recognized institution OR Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 50% marks (or its equivalent) from recognized university and B. A. Ed. /B.Sc. Ed. from any NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education ) recognized institution.
• Graduate Teacher (TGT) : Candidate must hold a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree with at least 50% marks in either graduation or post graduation (or its equivalent) and Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) recognized institution OR 4 years degree of B. A. Ed. / B.Sc. ED. from any National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) recognized institution.

Age Limit : Age Should not be more than 40 Years as on 01.09.2016.Refer Official Notification for More Details.

Selection Process : Selection will be based on the Performance in Written Examination.

Application Fee : Application fee charges are Rs. 300/- for Unreserved (UR) category & Rs. 200/- for Reserved category (SC/ ST/ PH). Fee should be pay in cash in any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) through online system generated challan in favour of Teachers’ Recruitment Board, Tripura.
