Education Qualification :

1. Probationary Officer : (i) Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt of India or equivalent qualification. (ii) One year PGDBF from the Bank's empanelled Institute at candidate's cost.
2. General Officer (Senior Manger MMGS-III) : (i) Candidate must be a Graduate and hold a Professional qualifications like MBA (Finance)/ CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ FRM/ CAIIB. (ii) Minimum Four years Post qualification work experience and the experience in processing credit proposals of MSME, Mid Corporate and Large Corporate loans with any Scheduled Commercial Bank is mandatory.
3. General Officer (Manager MMGS-II) : (i) Candidate must be a Graduate and hold Professional qualifications like MBA (Finance)/ CA/ ICVWCFWFRM/ CAIIB (ii) Candidate must have minimum Two years Post qualification work experience and the experience in processing credit proposals of MSME, Mid Corporate and Large Corporate loans with any Scheduled Commercial Bank is mandatory.
4. Security Officer – Manager (MMGS II) : (i) Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt of India or any equivalent qualification. (ii) An Officer with 10 years of commissioned Service in Army/ Navy/ Air Force and not below the rank of Captain or equivalent or an officer not below the rank of Asst. Commandant in para Military Forces or police officer not below the rank of Asst. Superintendent of Police/ Dy. Superintendent of Police with 10 years experience.
5. Clerk (Sales Assistant) : (i) Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt of India or any equivalent qualification (ii) Candidate must have six months Certification course from the Bank's empanelled Institute at candidate's cost.
6. Legal Assistant : Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree in Law from a Government recognized University/Institute.
7. Agriculture Assistant : Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree in Agriculture/ Agriculture allied activities from a Government recognized University/ Institute.

Age Limit : Minimum age 18 years & maximum age 28 years for Probationary Officer, Clerk (Sales Assistant), Legal Assistant, Agriculture Assistant; Minimum 23 years & maximum 32 Years for General Officer (Senior Manager), General Officer (Manager) and Minimum 28 years & maximum 45 Years for Security Officer posts.Refer Official Notification for More Details.

Selection Process : Selection will be based on the performance in Test/Written Test.

Application Fee : SC/ST/PWD candidates have to pay Non Refundable Application Fee of Rs.100 while all other candidates are required to pay Rs.600 as Application Fee And Intimation Charges. Fee must be pay online at the time of application submission.
