• Junior Engineer-I (Electrical)  :Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power Systems & High Voltage/ Power Plant Engineering
• Junior Engineer-I (Mechanical)  :Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering/ Production & Industrial/ Thermal/ Mechanical & Automation/ Power Plant Engineering
• Junior Engineer-I (Civil)  :  Structural /Civil Construction/Civil Engineering.
• Junior Engineer-I (PLCC/ Control & Instrumentation):Electronics/  Electronics & Tele-Communication/  Electronics & Communication/ Electronics Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Controls/ Electronics & Power/ Power Electronics/ Industrial Electronics
• Junior Engineer-I (Fire & Safety)  :Fire fighting Engineering/Industrial Safety Or B.E /B.tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Production) with full time Diploma in Industrial Safety.
